Celebrating Connections and Commitment at MACAD 2025: A Night with Fellow Mediators
Attended the Appointment Ceremony and Appreciation Dinner (MACAD) 2025 last Wednesday evening — always a joy to reconnect with fellow mediators in the community space. It was an evening filled with meaningful conversations, activities, and plenty of laughter. I’m honoured to be reappointed as a Master Mediator, serving my second term with the Community Mediation Centre. Grateful for the opportunity to continue contributing to this meaningful work and for all that I’ve learned

Building more gracious and harmonious communities: Facilitating effective resolution of neighbour disputes
From time to time, there will be friction between neighbours. With neighbourliness and strong social capital, a lot of this can be avoided. Where there is still friction, neighbourliness paves the way for such friction to be resolved through community self-help. Therefore, neighbours should come together often and communicate frequently, with empathy and consideration for each other. Read more on MCCY website
