Katherine is a certified Associate/Family Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), the Singapore International Mediation Institution (SIMI) and a Master Mediator at the Community Mediation Centre (CMC).

Tat is accredited with many distinguished mediation panels, including SMC (Singapore), SIMC (Singapore), NEMS (Singapore), SCCDR (Singapore), FJC (Singapore), JIMC (Kyoto, Japan), AAA-ICDR (USA), CEDR (UK), HKMAAL (Hong Kong) and NMAS (Australia).

Trained at the Harvard Program on Negotiation in 2005, Linda has been an active mediator and trainer for 2 decades. With multiple accreditations, she has been appointed to many local and international mediation panels.

Stephen Poh Yong Meng
Stephen currently is an Executive Master Mediator and volunteers at the Community Mediation Centre, concurrently a CMC Assessor he variously assesses new candidates’ suitability for appointment, and for current appointed mediators who seek higher level of industry recognition.

Yong Eng Wah
To date, Eng Wah has mediated more than a hundred cases. Concentrating mainly on
commercial disputes, with largest case dispute amount over S$20 million. He is a regular assessor for SMC associated mediator’s accreditation examinations and ‘Part B’ of SAL bar examination. He serves as Regular Mentor for new mediators., and has also handled mediation matters in Beijing, China.

Sunil Rai is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Corporate practice group. He is Head of the Venture Tech & Emerging Growth Companies practice group and Co-Head of the Private Equity practice group at the firm. He is also the Singapore-India relationship partner focusing on outbound and inbound India-related transactions.

Dorcas Quek Anderson
Dorcas is an accredited mediator with the International Mediation Institute and Singapore International Mediation Institute. She is currently a mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre, Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), MOH Holdings, Sage Mediation, Asian Development Bank, and the Office of Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes. She also conducts private mediation and dispute resolution training under Concordia Resolutions.

Melvin Loh
Melvin serves on the Executive Committees of the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and the Community Legal Clinics, and contributes to the Law Society’s Mediation Committee and its Foreign Bar Liaison Committee (China Chapter). He is Counsel at Peter Low Chambers LLC, a SIMI Certified Mediator, an SMC Trainer, an IMI Certified Mediator and Mediation Advocate, and a court-appointed mediator with the State Courts, Family Justice Courts, and the Community Mediation Centre.
